The Paddling Pastor

Overview

Growing up in a religious community during and after World War II, corporal punishment was common at home, school, and even church. We were all raised by parents that spanked and no one thought it was inappropriate to be sent to the principal to be paddled if you broke the rules. My parents expected it and I was rewarded with a second spanking at home!
Our pastor preached the value of corporal punishment and he no stranger to using it if needed. A child who misbehaved in Sunday School, or a parishioner that committed a sin might find themselves bending over the pastor's desk. At church camp the counselors were expected to keep a close eye on their campers or face the consequences!
It was a church camp that I met our pastor's son, Shaun. As time went on, we became close friends and by high school, we were dating. After I graduated with a teaching degree and Shaun graduated from Seminary School, we moved to Colorado where I worked as a teacher and Shaun became the Headmaster.

About the Author

I began writing spanking stories in my 20's long before there were word processors. While most of my stories are strictly from my imagination, some of them are embellishments of spankings that I was aware of in my neighborhood or at school. This was back in the 1950's and 1960's when it was common for parents to spank (although mine didn't) and for schools to use corporal punishment.

As I became older I researched corporal punishment around the world and broadened my knowledge so that I was able to write stories that were beyond my own experience.

In the age of the internet, people are now being able to anonymously share their experiences growing up and I will be able to draw on those interviews to continue to write a second volume of Spanking Stories.

Closely akin to spanking is medical experiences. Back in the 1950's it was common for parents to administer enemas to treat almost everything. And who doesn't remember having their rectal temperature taken?

Going to the doctor almost always meant getting a shot in your bottom. The smell of the alcohol in the exam room was a reminder of what was probably going to happen when the nurse returned with a large syringe and a long needle and said, "I need you to pull down your pants and your underwear. I'm going to have to do this in your bottom."
