LEND ME® See Details

The development of "The PrEssence Method" - an active guide to harnessing the essence of presence better - is very much motivated by what worked for me. It presents 30 years of collated experience of my own self-empowerment and healing journey to reach a better equilibrium.
Being fully present can be reached in many ways - not only meditation - and I show you a different approach in this book. Once applied, it could help you make all the difference in the quality of life - it sure did for me!
The result for me was a deeply anchored - downright unshakable - peace of mind and contentment of Self.
'PrEssence' - the play on words is deliberate, yes - is my intuitive toolbox to more personal freedom, as it enabled me to deep dive and get to know myself to the core, reset my mind to a healthier thinking and evolve faster. But most of all ... heal more profoundly what needed healing.
I hope you find much inspiration in these pages and are motivated to give it a go ... and see for yourself the incredible source you have at your fingertips and in each moment.

About the Author

A natural storyteller and endlessly curious soul, I have been writing since I was little girl (I grew up bi-lingual,and spent my first 19 years in Austria). Writing became somehow a natural extension of me, probably because I was a) an only child and b) am very introvert, hence books became my best friends. I started out in journalism at a really young age and worked in film and media for 10 years globally. Also was and editor in chief and script consultant.

For the past 30 years I lived and worked many years in Ireland, the US, Italy and France but made the UK my base, but am still an explorer at heart and a true digital nomad.

I write across a variety of genres, from non-fiction, to fiction to children's books which I also illustrate. I also used to run writer's workshops at Ardington Academy in Oxfordshire.
