Dr. Madeline Frank is an award-winning teacher, best selling author, researcher, businesswomen, speaker, concert artist, and parent. She has been teaching children and adults for over 30 years, both privately and in universities. She has a Bachelor and Master degree from the Juilliard School, a Violin Performance Diploma from the North Carolina School of the Arts, and a Ph. D. in Administration/Management from Walden University where she developed methods of improving education through the use of total quality management as applied to arts and music programs.
