About the Author

Al Spinks is an author, speaker, proven leader & life/performance coach. While serving as an enlisted man aboard nuclear submarines in the US Navy, he was selected to participate in a leadership program where he earned a college degree and was promoted to the rank of 2nd Lt. (USMC). He subsequently qualified as a Naval Aviator and flew in high performance, twin engine, 2-seat tactical jet aircraft, from the decks of 4 aircraft carriers.

After ten years of active duty military service Al resigned his commission and was employed by IBM to market mainframe computers. While at IBM Al surpassed all of his marketing objectives and was selected as the Marketing �Rookie of the Year!�

After five successful years with IBM Al struck out on his own and became an entrepreneur. Inc. Magazine recognized his business (Raynor Computer Services, Inc.) as one of the 500 fastest growing, privately owned businesses in America by including it in their 1995 Inc. 500 list.

On two separate occasions Raynor was selected to replace all of the desktop computers in the prestigious Mission Control Center, located at NASA�s Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.

Al is currently a member of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP) and a practitioner of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

Al uses his considerable experience to:
� Provide a simple, flexible and powerful approach to swiftly improve the functioning and well-being of clients.
� Provide clients with rapid relief from trauma and negative emotions, as well as swift improvement in performance and functioning.

He also gives back to the community by volunteering his leadership skills to many non-profit community organizations. He was elected as Chairman of the Board by two of these organizations.
