James and his son Jake are roaming the streets homeless, fighting for scraps, and searching for recyclables to exchange for money. In a newly developed technological utopia, the government has begun to crack down on the city’s homeless population by forcibly removing them off the streets and forcing them into work. One day, Jake is abruptly kidnapped by a government patrol. James must, with the help of a secret rebellion group, find and free Jake from his captors whilst avoiding his own capture by the government forces and also battling the city’s harsh elements.
