L RIOFRIO is educated in physics and astronomy, has been working as a scientist at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston. As a lunar scientist Riofrio performed experiments with priceless Apollo Moon samples. Riofrio is known worldwide for work on origins of the universe and the speed of light. Starting in 2016 NASA and the European Space Agency will be testing Riofrio's predictions aboard the International Space Station.
