About the Author

Wang Chenwei is Head of Research and Education at TENG. He obtained his Magister Artium with distinction and an Honorary Award from the University for Music and Performing Arts Vienna, where he studied Composition and Audio Engineering under a scholarship from the Media Development Authority of Singapore.

Chow Junyi is Composer-in-Residence at TENG, as well as a multi-instrumentalist and improviser. He obtained his Masters in Music at Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music and received the Grand Prize for Best Original Orchestra Work at Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra's International Composition Competition (2017).

Samuel Wong is Co-Founder and Creative Director at TENG. He obtained his PhD in Ethnomusicology from the University of Sheffield. He is the recipient of The Outstanding Young Persons of Singapore Award (2009) and The Japanese Chamber of Commerce and industry Singapore Foundation's Culture Award (2009) for his work in music and education.
