This book is a fun read that delivers real results. I gave up trying to manage my time a long time ago. I've been waiting for something that works for me and I found it in the Time Cleanse. The book is filled with ideas, stories, research, and worksheets that helped me stay in the moment and take action. It's easy to read a business or self-help book, be inspired while reading and then forget. Griffiths focus approach allowed me to apply his ideas and continue practicing them after I closed the book.
