About The Author

Judith Orloff is a coach, master facilitator, trainer of trainers, and strategic program designer and senior executive with 30 years of experience in the areas of helping people learn through coaching, leadership development, brain research, emotional literacy, personal and professional development and change leadership. Her expertise is with strategic learning, culture and personal change, and connecting organizational learning with business results. Judith is also President and CEO of Orloff-Doubleday Consulting, and Real Impact learning, companies based in Boulder, Colorado focusing on helping people and organizations create meaning in their everyday life. Since leaving Provant in August of 2002, she has been working with projects and people that continue to support her goals. These include creating a learning and business architecture for a retail training and development organization, rewriting her book, Choices, Your Happiness in Your Own Hands, helping companies grow, creating products for different industries, and coaching selected professionals and executives who want to make a difference. She lives in Boulder with her family.


For the past 25 years, Judith Orloff has been helping people transform their lives through self-awareness and education. Among her most significant accomplishments is the founding of the Burlington College in Vermont, where she also created a B.A. program in Transpersonal Psychology. In addition, Orloff is the founder of Educational Discoveries, Inc.
