Overview

Michael Marston and Annette Marston were married for many years and had two adult children, Lauren and Bruce. Annette developed diabetes and ultimately required a kidney transplant to survive. In the middle of one night, Michael received a telephone call that a kidney had arrived for Annette at Midlantic Suburban Hospital. The family rushed to the hospital only to meet Dr. Chung Zhou who they never met before. Dr. Zhou performed the transplant surgery. When Annette died from the transplant, Michael vowed to find out everything that happened. The FBI and CIA become involved. As the CIA agents investigated abroad they found that murder was part of a world wide conspiracy.

About the Author

Jerry Zaslow is an attorney in four states, being Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Florida. He has practiced law since age twenty three. It has always been his desire to be a writer of novels based on his experiences with hundreds of clients and their stories that he has heard as a lawyer from people in trouble or in need of transactional work. The work of a lawyer is often strenuous, as his or her clients have expectations that cannot always be fulfilled. When a lawyer becomes a client, he or she must also listen to their attorney’s advice, as the old expression goes, “He who has himself as a lawyer is represented by a fool.” Thus, Michael Marston, a lawyer and the protagonist in this book, has emerged from the author's imagination and finds himself in the position of a client.
