About the Author

Allen R. Remaley is a four-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a retiree of a thirty-seven year teaching career in both secondary and university studies. He holds a doctorate in French and in the teaching of foreign languages. Upon retirement, he decided to leave a legacy of his work by writing a dozen novels in the hope that words would take the place of photograph albums. He likes to say that he can make mistakes in four languages, and that his banjo playing can clear a room faster than a swarm of hornets coming through an open window. He enjoys happy hours with friends and his wife of sixty years, and he and his wife make their home in Saratoga Springs, New York and in Scottsdale, Arizona.
