About the Author

Attorney Daniel J. Siegel is a nationally recognized authority on ethics, technology, data protection and cybersecurity, civil litigation and workers’ compensation matters, and business workflow management, and the principal of both the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC and Integrated Technology Services, LLC.

Dan provides techno-ethics counsel to solo, small and mid-sized law firms on cybersecurity, technology and other related issues. His practice includes representing attorneys in disciplinary matters; providing professional responsibility guidance to attorneys and firms; serving as appellate counsel; representing individuals in workers’ compensation and personal injury matters. In short Dan handles the types of matters that keep attorneys awake at night.

In addition, Attorney Siegel represents clients in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security disability claims, as well as assisting clients with estate planning and other needs. Dan’s expertise ranges from handling everything from major mass torts to small claims matters during his 38-year career. Most clients do not know about all of the areas of Dan’s expertise, which have earned him a national reputation for excellence in many subjects.

Attorney Dan Siegel has handled everything from multimillion-dollar class actions to small claims matters, and of course, he has and continues to represent clients in automobile, workers’ compensation, slip and fall cases, each with the same level of personal attention to his clients’ concerns. Whether a case needs to go to trial, or settle, or be appealed, Dan will do what is in the client’s best interests, and the results show. Notably, he has been named Best Lawyers® 2022 Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants “Lawyer of the Year” in Philadelphia.

Pamela A. Myers is Office Administrator for Integrated Technology Services, LLC and the Office Administrator, Paralegal, and client liaison for the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC.

With more than 25 years of experience in the legal field, Pam is known for her technological acumen, her attention to detail, her ability to anticipate an attorney’s needs, and her dedication to obtaining the best results for clients.

Her genuine enjoyment of technology and what it has to offer helps her to convey to others not only how to use technology but also why they should use and embrace it. While employed as a paralegal at her former firms, Pam was often called upon to help train others because of her talent for conveying things in a simple, easy to understand way.

Pam has worked as a paralegal since 1996 representing both plaintiffs and defendants. While employed as a paralegal at a large, nationally known firm, she also served as the paralegal coordinator for her practice group, supervising and training the group’s paralegals. She received her bachelor’s degree, with honors, from West Chester University. After working for five years in business management, Pam decided to pursue paralegal studies at the PJA School, where she graduated at the top of her class. Her professional activities have included serving on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Association of Paralegals, as its Second Vice President, and also as Editor-in-Chief of its newsletter.
