The Ultimate Submission
There can be nothing more gratifying to a young athlete than winning an Olympic gold medal, and Jason Patterson is such a man. On the night of receiving his medal as the final winner in the Greco-Roman wrestling competition, the ultimate in submission acts, at a party in his honor, he is seduced by another competitor who takes him to her room where they make torrid love.
It is Jason's first time ever with a woman and he is excited by the experience at first, but once he wakes up the sight of the naked woman and the cloying smell of their spent sexual secretions makes him so sick that he rushes to the bathroom and throws up. His strange reaction startles the woman at first, but she quickly realizes that his malady did not result from being drunk or from eating something bad, but that it was to her as a woman. She is so incensed by it that she calls him a faggot before he manages to escape from her, greatly distressed.
Back in his room, which he shares with his teammate Neal, an openly gay black man and the silver medalist in their joint field, he ponders what had just happenedto him and, to his Chagrin, he has to accept that the woman derisive comment about his sexual orientation was correct. It's a devastating realization, and he sits at the edge of his bed crying his heart outabout it until Neal returns from the party.
Neal consoles him tenderly when Jason tells him about his discovery, so much so that they end up naked in bed together and Jason experiences his first gay sexual experience. To his delight, Jason derives great pleasure from the encounter and accepts his new sexual posture in life without any self recriminations.
Back in Los Angeles after they leave the Olympics, the two lovers go through many adventures as they become true friends.
