Great book but way too short. Only 40 pages after the sneak preview of 16 pages. I'd give it a 5 star but too many pages of nothiingness.

As a retired word processor/proofreader, I am outraged that Barnes & Noble would allow such a poorly prepared novella to be sold - even for $1.99! Doesn't anyone look at the finished product BEFORE it is ready for my Nook? I guess not. Ms. Campbell, you should complain about what B&N has done with your short story - it is a comedy of editing errors! ExArkie

What a wonderful Christmas novella about second chances, forgiveness and new beginnings! Alicia Sinclair, Countess of Kinvarra and Sebastian Sinclair, Earl of Kinvarra have been separated for ten years. Alicia was just 17 and Sebastian only 21 when they were wed. They were both young, immature and incapable of setting aside their pride to mend the problems in their marriage. One snowy night leads them back together again to face each other as adults. Alicia and Sebastian have matured and regretted the separation that have kept them apart for 10 years. Both realize that they still love each other and love is much better second time around! So nice to see these two finally get their HEA. Loved it!

It was just ok. They were separated for 10 years, but one night fixes it? She was faithful, but was he? It was such an important point!

*An excellent second chance at love...

Sweet Christmas romance. Probably could have gotten a full-length story out of this plotline.

A short read, but very romantic and uniquely told in the perspective of both the man and woman.

This was a lovely holiday read. I dearly loved this Christmas Novella as much as Ms. Campbell’s other stories. It had all the ingredients for a satisfying love story plus a happy ever after. Alicia and Sebastian had been estranged spouses for a decade and chanced to meet after a vehicular accident in a snow storm. This story was about the Christmas miracle of forgiveness and redemption…and a second chance at love. In short (like the story), it was wonderful and a joy to read.
