Introduction

As you read the recipes in this cookbook, you will learn the type of cook I am, the kind of food I like, the way I enjoy entertaining and how preparing food is a passion and gift I adore. I am a middle of the road kind of person; I want and like the best of both worlds. If canola or olive oil can be substituted for butter in a cake, and I can not identify the difference, why not? I have enjoyed the work involved in compiling the recipes in this cookbook.
