K.P. (or Kathy as she's known to family and friends) Gresham is an Illinois girl gone Texan. Always the artsy type, she has taught literature, produced musicals, directed dramas and sung in many choirs and bands. Kathy has written several plays which have been produced in the Houston area, including the award-winning drama, Murder Most Personal.
K.P. Gresham writes in two genres. The Preacher's First Murder is her first offering in mysteries with a humorous twist. Her other love is writing what she calls Political Science Fiction i.e. "What if this happened in our society?" In this genre, K.P.'s first work was Three Days at Wrigley Field, also available on Smashwords.
Kathy lives in Austin, Texas, with her awesome husband, Kevin, her beautiful daughter, Bethany, a Russell Terrier named Sadie and two rescue dachshunds, Heidi and Gretel.
