Three Encounters with Mr Darcy

Three stories of Mr Darcy

An Encounter at Pemberley:
After an accident, Elizabeth is forced to spend a night alone with Mr Darcy, compromising her reputation and forcing her to accept his proposal of marriage.
Never So Bewitched By Any Woman:
While staying in London with her Aunt and Uncle Gardiner, Elizabeth befriends a young woman called Georgiana Darcy.  But Georgiana has a suitor who Elizabeth suspects is not all he seems.  Her only hope of saving her friend from the clutches of Mr Wickham is to write to Georgiana's proud older brother, Mr Darcy.   Elizabeth is forced to put aside her own dislike for the man and persuade him that his sister is in danger.

But as she gets to know him better, it soon becomes clear that she has been just as deceived by Mr Darcy's true character as she was by Wickham's.  Is it possible she has judged him too hastily?  And as for Mr Darcy, could it be that the pert, yet bewitching Miss Bennet is exactly the woman he has been searching for?  A Pride and Prejudice variation from the author of An Encounter at Pemberley.

A Compromise At Rosings Park:
After Mr Darcy's disastrous proposal at Rosings Park, Elizabeth is forced to follow him to return his hat before it is discovered he was there.  While she tries to comfort him, he kisses her and they are seen.  Elizabeth's reputation is now compromised and Lady Catherine insists she marry the man in question, not realising it is her own nephew.  But as Elizabeth and Darcy spend more time together, they grow in understanding.  Perhaps Elizabeth has judged him too hastily after all?
