Look at everything in positive ways, and things will become better. Focus your mind on all the positive aspects of life instead of allowing negative thoughts to cause worry and give you stress. The mind goes wherever the attention is, so when you control your attention, you control your mind. Attention in the wrong direction can create obstacles. Believing in yourself will create positive outcomes. Position yourself for success by visualizing and affirming what you want and directing your thoughts toward the desired outcome. The Universal Law of Mind says that "you attract what you focus on." Everyone will continue to attract conditions and situations that are in harmony with their thinking. Avoid thinking about what is not wanted because what your mind can imagine, your body can produce. Use self-suggestion to suggest to yourself what you want to create in your life because your thoughts and spoken words will manifest. Changes in your self-talk language patterns can develop a positive outlook. Believing is seeing, and with faith and expectancy, you will achieve what you believe you can, through the Law of Expectancy/Belief/Success/Healing. You are in control of your own life because no one else can think your thoughts for you. They can only attempt to influence your thinking. The Laws of Thought teach that you can actually achieve a goal if you think about a desired result, imagine it, and see yourself taking the steps to achieve it. The solution to every issue is hidden inside YOUR mind. Mind creates everything, and there are connections between physical health and states of mind. How one thinks, how one feels, and what kind of personality and character one cultivates applies the power of the human mind through communion with the Divine Mind, or God. Multiple dimensions of your being are always communing with the Divine Mind, so prayer is not necessary unless you want to bring more conscious awareness to the communing process. Every thought, word, and feeling is a prayer to God. The attracting force of your subconscious mind works in harmony with the Divine Mind to create your reality through your prayers; what you've been thinking, speaking, and feeling. Your time of 'focused prayer' is nothing compared to what you're saying and thinking the rest of the time. Your subconscious mind, which is part of the vibrating matrix of all reality, has contact with everything and is the sender and receiver of thought. Your conscious mind is the holder of the will and the guardian to the gates of the subconscious. Your subconscious mind is part of the entire universe and the attracting force that creates our reality. Your subconscious informs you from within, beyond what your conscious mind understands and knows, working in harmony with it to form an instrument of power. Every human being has their own cross to bear, but can use the Laws of Mind and Thought to affect change. We attract what we desire through the law of attraction. The Law of Manifestation says that we can achieve our desired result by thinking of it and doing what it takes to reach our goal. Pure and basic science verifies that as we imagine a goal and visualize taking the necessary steps to attain a goal, a part of the Limbic system of the brain called the Reticular Activating System takes over, guiding us to do what it takes to achieve the desired result. The Reticular Activating System is the attention center in the brain and the center of motivation. It is connected to the base of the spinal cord, where it receives information projected from ascending sensory tracts. The brain stem reticular formation runs up to the mid-brain, and this complex collection of neurons act as a point of convergence for signals from the interior environment and form the external world. The Reticular Activating System is the part of your brain where your feelings and thoughts from inside of you meet the world outside of you. Most people are ruled by hundreds of fears, but fears are just emotionalized thoughts. You can overcome any adversity through will and determination, and by overcoming distraction and procrastination. Knowledge and application of the universal laws of mind are the power that will set you free. The Law of Desire says that to make a change, you must truly want the outcome you seek with a burning desire for a positive outcome. The Law of Relaxation, or the Law of Opposite Effort, says that desired outcomes can't be forced or manipulated, and the mental work of thought is the technique with the ability and energy to bring about a desired change. The Law of Visualization is seeing the positive end result to imprint a new positive image. Positive images in the mind must be believable or else they will bypass the critical factor in the brain that helps them become reality. The Law of Substitution says that since the mind can only hold one thought at a time, negative thoughts must be substituted with positive thoughts, imagery, and impressions to cancel out the negative. The Law of Repetition says that humans are creatures of habit and can become successful using the simple technique of repetition. Habits are made or changed in 21 to 30 days, so repetition is needed for that amount of time to create permanent change. The Law of Self Concept says that we must feel capable, deserving, and worthy of achieving our desired outcome in order to make positive changes in our lives.
