'Twas the Very First Christmas

The author has to give God all the credit. She did not try to write this nor had she ever thought of writing anything at all. It just came together as a poem many years ago. The only reason it is in print today, was her desire to pass it on to her children, grandchildren and great grands in a book format and hopefully have others read and enjoy it as well.

About the Author

So many people read ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’ to their children every year during the holiday season. She felt inspired by the Lord to take the rhythm of that story/poem and put the Bible story from Luke 2:8-16 into the same format for children. This format hopefully will inspire parents/grandparents to incorporate the Bible story in their Christmas traditions.
