Two Days After Tomorrow

Living in the State of Eastern America, Walter 47 lives alone, works alone, and has no direct contact with another human being. All contact with the world is through a screen - his PED when on the move, or on a monitor at his place of ministry, or his personal living space. His abnormally high level of curiosity first brings him to the attention of Emma and the resistance, a small but growing group of subjects who are organizing a breakout of the State of Eastern America, and after a series of meetings, Walter is convinced to join.  These contacts also bring him to the attention of the Guardians and the Ministry of Internal Peace and Security, who eventually detain Walter and begin a process of "re-educating" him to make him into a willing tool to help them find a solution to their most pressing problem - finding a way to achieve eternal existence.

Along the way, Walter experiences changes in his pre-pubescent body and begins having feelings and thoughts that are new, confusing, and exciting. Out of isolation, a love story emerges. Two Days After Tomorrow is a dystopian tale of what could happen if we continue our fascination with screens and technology while isolating ourselves from personal contact, intertwined with a journey of personal discovery and desire.
