It had been more than ten years since 9/11. The terrorist's vowed revenge after their leader Osama bin Laden was murdered. The Taliban blamed Brad Pratt and his Batt team. The reward rose to 25 million for his head. A plan was formed. It was a new type of terrorism: underwater submarines. However, not only were the Taliban involved but some other countries were going to take advantage of an opportunity. The targets were oil refineries and cruise ships.
