Small towns have big secrets, and Nightjar is no exception.

Zadie Grant doesn't fit in. Never has, probably never will. It doesn't help that her parents are dead and that she lives with Great Aunt GG, either. Her life might be difficult, but it's not complicated, and certainly not dangerous.
