This cookbook provides very helpful and useful information for how various foods interact with our body. The recipes are easy to follow and absolutely delicious! For anyone who thinks that following a vegetarian diet can become stagnant, this cookbook will change your mind. From grains to greens and anything in between, your palate will be clamoring for more.
