This book is a collection of poems Rachel Bernard has written in the last 25 years. The poems depict the highs, lows and conflicting temperaments of those years. The many individuals she has met and interacted with through the years inspired these pieces. I want to acknowledge the random, hapless, senseless condition of a heart in lovea state equally tumultuous and chaotic as it is serene and secure in the notion that there is a heart loving it back.
