Frank A. Pesta has over 35 years in the law enforcement field. He’s held the positions of Patrol Officer, Patrol Supervisor, Detective, Detective Lieutenant and Acting Chief of Police. At the present time he is a Retired Training and Crime Prevention Officer for the Macomb College Police Department. Officer Pesta was an Emergency Medical Technician as well as an Evidence Technician. Officer Pesta served as a part-time instructor for the Police Continuing Education Department at Macomb Community College and has instructed at the Police Academy. He has authored numerous Michigan Law Enforcement Officers Training Council programs and his work has been published in a number of National Police Journals and Training Manuals.
