About the Author

Erica Yvette is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She was educated in the Orleans Parish School system where she also studied cosmetology. Although she doesn’t practice in this field, her love for hair and nails remains strong and has become one of her favorite hobbies.
Erica is currently the lead payroll administrator at one of the city’s top universities. She is happily married to her husband and best friend of fourteen years and has a pet cat. Even though she doesn’t have children of her own, her love for them and her love for God’s Word led her to serve as the youth Sunday school teacher at the Mt. Tabor B. C. Watching these young people grow in God’s Word has been one of her greatest accomplishments.
God blessed Erica with the spiritual gift of encouragement. She uses this gift by sending cards to people to let them know she’s thinking of them. She loves being available to give a word of advice, hope, and encouragement or just being an ear to listen. God has used her to touch many lives; and for this, she is eternally grateful and gives all glory to God.
