Norman Schiffer is tasked with delivering a highly confidential letter to his aunt in Norway about an inheritance and multi-million dollar jewelry. Meanwhile, his rich uncle - Baron Herman - is liquidated precisely because of that letter while Norman is on the ship. A contract killer named Erwin follows him to get confidential documents. Two sisters, Uma and Ursel, are among the 10,000 refugees on a board. On the ship, Uma and Norman begin a love affair, while the hired killer persistently tries to find him in order to liquidate him.
