Wits, Wisdoms, and Wonders...For Navigating This Thing Called Life
Have you ever said to yourself, "Man, I wish I'd known that when I was younger!" Did you ever wish there had been some type of book, or list, or bullet points, of things you could've referred to, maybe memorized, maybe added to? Or just anything that could've helped you navigate this 'life on earth' thing?

We all have, and this author is and was no exception. Inside these covers are more than 735 wits, wisdoms, and wonders designed – if nothing else – to make you think. From the tongue in cheek comment of "Never trust a man when he's on his third drink," to the wisdom of "If you can't find the road less traveled, create it," to the hopeful common sense maxim of "Don't pee in the shower," this contains an A-to-Z of life its own self.

There aren't many topics this book doesn't cover – whether you're into sports, heading off to college, working on better ways to start and finish your days, or simply trying to be a better person - inside you'll find what's worked, and what hasn't, from an author who's been on this 'earth trip' for more than 60 years.

This book started as a letter to a high school graduate, but the project became so engaging, so encompassing, so challenging, that you now hold an entire book in your hands. Twenty bullet points quickly multiplied, thoughts and life lessons woke the author up at all points in the morning, day, and night.

The problem wasn't in writing it, it was knowing when to finish. As you read this from start to finish, you'll laugh, you'll cry, but above it all, you'll learn an appreciate the wits, wisdoms, and wonders of this thing called life.

And who knows, maybe one day you'll find the inspiration to come up with your own list....

About the Author

Dunn Neugebauer is living an adventurous life – he’s sold cookware door to door, worked the cash register at McDonalds, officiated at a national championship flag football tournament with no credentials, worked at a bank (sort of), taught tennis, written sports for newspapers, and coached tennis to people of all shapes and sizes. He has two other books available on Amazon – ‘Funny Conversations with God’ and ‘Rock Bottom, Then Up Again.’ Currently, he works at a school in Atlanta where he does carpool, writes for the communication department, coaches cross country and track, subs in the Upper School and actually likes it, and collects and writes sports stories at night before hitting the bed. He also pens a “Slices of Life” blog on Facebook and has written two novels, though he prefers not to talk about either of them. Please know – in successes and in failures - that he means well.
