About the Author

This is 6th book of Dr. Muzamil Jan. The author is working as Assistant Professor, Extension and Communication, at Institute of Home Science, University of Kashmir. The author received Young Scientist Award in 2012. She has 55 publications at international, national and state level, in addition to other five books. She has presented 26 papers in congresses and conferences. The author has been actively involved in research work pertaining to different aspects of women's development, and highly involved with teaching, extension work, documentation and publications, implementation of research and intervention programmes and data analysis through software programmes Among the previous books of the authors are: 1) Entrepreneurship Development for Women through Cooperative Sector; 2) Women Empowerment Through Cooperatives; 3) Entrepreneurship and Women Empowerment; 4) Gender Disparity in Economic Sector: Need for Cooperative Development; and 5) Women Developments in Kashmir: An Intervention through Cooperatives.
