Work Stronger is an excellent book for any motivated person who wants to ladder-climb in a professional setting yet also improve the way that they feel and perform outside of work. The testimonies and anecdotes are great and helpful in thinking about how to apply best practices to one's own life. The book gives practical advice, highlighting attainable micro and macro goals for the individual. The Work Stronger Day Planner and the other tools in the book are useful in the endeavor of reaching goals. If you feel "stuck" professionally and personally and want to make positive changes, you must read this book.

This is an excellent read with lots of practical tips on how to feel better and perform better. Great mixture of stories, science, and case studies of really successful people who are using the concepts in the book. Highly recommended for personal and professional development!
