About the Author

Juliette Haegglund was born in Lagos, Nigeria. Her international culinary experience started before she was 1-year old when she started travelling with her father, George Kobani a Nigerian diplomat and was introduced to cooking by her Le Cordon Bleu, Paris-educated mother, Jayne at the age of 4. By age 11 Juliette was making meals for the family during the school holiday. Juliette was already a caterer by age 15, assisting her mother with her catering business which specialized in hosting events.
Juliette is currently a Geoscientist as well as a passionate chef and food photographer. She has founded a food company 'Dreams of Food' which provides cookbook publishing, cooking school, personal chef and food photography services. She has published 3 books 'World Cuisine - My Culinary Journey Around the World Volume 1, 2 and 3'. Juliette has lived in 9 countries spanning 5 continents and has traveled to over 50 countries exploring their cuisine and culture. She enjoys making delicious meals for her husband Jens and little son Erik Saana as well as entertaining family and friends
