Worry Roots is a simply written and illustrated faith filled analogy to help children and families understand what worry can look and act like. If left unnoticed for too long, stress, sadness, or negative thoughts can spread its roots deep into our hearts and minds, eventually choking out joy and grateful attitudes. Thankfully, we are able to call on Jesus and ask Him to act as the Gardener of our thoughts- to "dig out" the negative and reveal true peace.

About the Author

Karina Melvin is a homeschool mother of three. She enjoys writing, learning new things, and working in the garden. Watching her children grow up in a world full of worry (especially post 2020) and later falling in love with the wonders of wildflowers and cut flower gardens, she ran with the inspiration to write, illustrate, and publish her first book- in fulfillment of a childhood dream.
