About the Author

Bryan Barrera is a husband and father of 2 (4 if you include his furry kids). He loves helping startups, small business groups and is an active member of the startup community in Southern California.
Bryan is currently CEO for the executive leadership consulting company LC Innovation he founded in 2022.
Born and raised in California, Bryan is and always will be a city boy from SoCal. Bryan loves his Lakers, Dodgers and somehow ended up being a Jacksonville Jaguars fan.
Bryan received his Master of Business Administration in the President’s and Key Executives program from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School in 2020.
Since 2020 Bryan has been enrolled at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Bryan has 2 more semesters in 2023 before hopefully, receiving his PhD in Organizational Leadership.
Bryan is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute.
Bryan also has a certificate in Medical Device and Drug Delivery from MITxPRO.
Lastly, Bryan is proud to be an advisory board member for the Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times Program at University of California, Riverside (UCR) Extension.
