I've been having such fun with this book! Quesadillas make a quick hot meal and with these recipes it doesn't have to be Mexican. The breakfast quesadillas are great and my kids love the pizza flavored ones. We've been having quesadillas for dinner at least once a week and I love it. It only takes a few minutes to fix a hot dinner my family loves.
