I liked this book. The exercises are easy for people who haven't exercised in awhile. There are healthier eating tips & success stories throughout the book. A PERFECT BEGINNER BOOK!! I will buy more of his books!!

This book has literally changed my life! Since buying 'Real Shapes, Real Sizes' and starting the program, I have lost 15 pounds!I am not counting calories and am exercising just 8 minutes every morning. As Mentor Robyn says: 'It's not a die-it...it's a live-it!' Thanks Jorge and Mentors!

This book and program is simply wonderful. This program is for those who have busy schedules and little time for extensive trips to the gym and hate counting calories. If you have tried every diet out there and have lost and regained this program is for you. It is so simple people are losing over 50 pounds successfully and keeping it off. Hats off to Jorge!

I thought when I purchased this book as an ebook that I would have the exercises included, not links to a website. I also thought I would get a couple of weeks worth of meal suggestions. Unfortunately all that is included is one week worth of menus that all require some special foods ... fat free cheese among other things. I was drawn in by the claim that I could eat what I like . I knew it would involve portion control , but I know from experience that I will not stick to a diet that requires special foods (i.e. diet foods). And if all the moves are on Jorge's website , why buy a book? I found this to be a colossal waste of my money.
