Finally something with no gimmicks, no special tricks, just a well developed program to exercise,develop and discipline your mind to achieve goals and results that will last for a lifetime. Although the target area of this book is health and fitness, the training it provides can most assuredly translate into all aspects of your life. Well written in a logical, common sense narrative, it is easy to understand and, more importantly,to implement into your everyday life
