This cookbook is saving me on my Keto journey! I love every single thing in this book and even my picky kids do too which as a busy mom makes my life easier. I’m really enjoying the quality of the dishes and the tastiness . I hate bland food and you won’t find that here! This cookbook is amazing! If you're starting keto (or even a part of the keto family already) this cookbook provides everything you could ever want! It has recipes for many things that you didn't think you'd ever get to experience again on kept. I made the Banana Cream Pie and it was phenomenal. Hands down, amazing.
If you're just starting out or even a seasoned keto-er this book will help tremendously! I have the paperback version on my shelf. I've made the flappers so far and they were a hit. (I didn't make the sauce though)
