Oh, my!! Can't you just taste that tangy sweet KEY LIME flavoring in a white chocolate fudge, over a graham cracker crust? If you'd rather just have more Key Lime Fudge, please, you can make this without the crust. It's VERY EASY and doesn't require a candy thermometer. I'd say it would be great for gifts, but I doubt you'll have any left over! Every time that I make this one, it seems to go very quickly ~ it's different, and tastes like itty-bitty pieces of creamy key lime pie.
