This book by Jen Karetnick is amazing, the recipes are exquisitely delightful, I've currently already made 3 of the recipes and so far the blondie bars are my favorite.
You don't even have to like mangoes to like her recipes. The dessert portion is amazing.
As a resident of Miami and a lover of fruits in the morning, this book has given me THE best breakfast recipes. Jen Karetnick is a great writer who makes this recipe book seem like a a beautiful memoir.
This cook book has more than 200 delicious mango recipes. All different types of drinks, appetizers, main dishes, and many more. My favorite one out of all of them is the "Very Mango Cheesecake".
This cookbook is amazing! As a mango fan myself, I found that this cookbook not only has drinks, sweets, lunch and dinner recipes, but also breakfast recipes. It is a must-have for all food fanatics, looking to try something new with recipes they've never even heard of or recipes they already love. You won't be disappointed with this one.
