About the Author

Aaron Spingarn decided to write a book quite by accident. He had been frustrated by his inability to lose weight for so long that, when he discovered a method that finally worked, he felt compelled to share his knowledge, hoping it would help others who struggle with their weight. Aaron's day job is as a physician in the specialty of otolaryngology (aka, ear/nose/throat). He practices in Hartsdale, NY, a northern suburb of New York City, as well as within New York City itself, and lives next to Armonk, the location referenced in his book's title. He is married and has two sons in college.
