"Electrifying, Action-Packed."

As war rages in the Pacific, a daring plan is set in motion: the rescue of Allied POWs being used as slave laborers on the main Philippine island of Luzon. Lt. John "Red" Parnell and his elite Blue Team commandos, having proven their fighting worth in every theater of the war, are chosen for this dangerous task.

But Fate constantly places a vicious Japanese Marine officer on their trail as they battle through the green hell of the Philippine jungle to carry out their mission. And this time, the odds are against them...

"Ryan knows how to spin a pulse-tingler."
