Combining a passion for food and a love of grains, he has spent years researching and developing recipes that provide optimal nutrition by adding grains and beans to a variety of dishes, without sacrificing flavor.

Anyone who knows Chef Brad will agree he is genius at making food taste fabulous — besides being good for you — thanks to what he calls “sneak nutrition.”

Chef Brad enjoys sharing what he’s learned with others. A gifted teacher, he has inspired countless people to not only eat better but to take cooking to a whole new level by creating fond food memories in the kitchen.

A native of Arizona, Chef Brad began his career in the food industry as a busboy at age 13. In the years that followed, he has established and operated cafes, restaurants, a catering business, a kitchen store and a consulting business. He has hosted cooking seminars, written cookbooks and taught countless classes. He was featured on his own cooking show, "Fusion Grain Cooking," through BYU TV.
