Shipping and Delivery

Publishers need time to process a new printed magazine subscription. Please allow 6 to 10 weeks for your first issue to arrive by mail. For any questions concerning your order, please contact our print magazine subscription provider.

If you ordered an NOOK Magazine or NOOK Newspaper, you can read it right after you place your order. It will arrive in your eBooks Library on BN.com, on your nook, and in your NOOK app. For more details on our digital periodicals, see our NOOK Magazine and NOOK Newspaper FAQ

Your magazine purchase will not be counted toward the $25 minimum order total required to qualify for Fast&Free Delivery on other items.


Magazine subscription charges and charges for single issues are processed to your credit card or gift card as soon as you place your order.

Returns and Cancellations

Magazines received as part of your subscription or as single digital magazine purchases cannot be returned. However, if you would like to cancel your subscription you may do so at any time and receive a credit for the unfulfilled part of your subscription. To cancel a printed magazine subscription, please contact our print magazine subscription provider.


Please be aware that in order to complete your transaction, we will need to forward your name, magazine order and shipping address to our print subscription provider M2 Media Group. M2 Media will share your magazine order information as well as your name and address, or name and email and mailing addresses with the magazine publisher and a magazine circulation auditor. Magazine publishers will use this information to fulfill you order and for other purposes. Your credit card information will not be shared with them.
