Help with RealAudio



Playing RealAudio Song or Audiobook Samples

To play RealAudio song or audiobook samples, a RealAudio player must be installed on your computer. You can download the basic version of the player free of charge from Real Network's web site or pay to download a version with the newest RealAudio features. After you download the Real Audio Player, you must install it on your computer.

Technical Requirements of RealAudio

Real provides the following System Requirements for their free player:
  • 233MHz Intel Pentium II processor
  • 64MB of RAM
  • 28.8Kpbs modem (audio only)
  • 16-bit sound card and speakers
  • 65,000-color video display card set to display at 800x600 (video)
  • Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 4 or later, Windows XP
  • IE 5.0 or later
A Macintosh version is also available. See the Real.com web site for system requirements.

If your computer does not meet these requirements, download previous player versions.
