Once you have signed in, you'll see a list of past and pending orders. Each order listing shows:
- Date and time placed
- Order number
- Total cost
- Delivery status
- 0-6 months ago
- 6-12 months ago
- 12-18 months ago

To see the details of an order, click on Order Number or Check your order.
Modifying or Canceling an Order
Once your payment has been authorized and your order has been scheduled to ship, items that are listed as available to ship in 24 hours or 2–3 days can not be canceled. To view an order to determine if any of the items can be canceled:
- On the Order Status page, click the Order Number or the "Check your order" link for the order you wish to modify or cancel.
- To remove a specific item, click Cancel (located under the heading "Quantity").
You will be asked to confirm the cancellation by clicking "Cancel Item." - You can cancel the entire order by canceling each item.
Once a PDF is made available for a SparkNotes or Quamut product, it cannot be canceled. Downloadable PDFs are also non-returnable. All PDF sales are final.
You may cancel a magazine subscription at any time and receive a credit for the unfulfilled part of your subscription. To cancel a printed magazine subscription, please contact our print magazine subscription provider:
