Do you sell used titles?

Yes! You'll find a broad selection of pre-owned games for today's popular platforms as well as classic pre-owned titles for Nintendo and other systems. All pre-owned titles are played, tested, and 100% guaranteed. The original box and manual may not be included in your package, but instructions and tips for each game are available for downloading.


Will the video game I ordered play on my television?

The video games we sell work with the National Television System Committee (NTSC) standard for U.S. and Canadian television. If you live outside the U.S., you should check your local electronics specification for compatibility.


Are the games you sell rated for content?

An Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) symbol is on each title's product page. Further descriptors may also be present. They provide important information on age appropriateness and elements of the game that may be of interest or concern. Click here for full details about these ratings.


How do I change my order?

To cancel or modify PC & Video Game items in your order, please call GameStop at 1-800-883-8895 or fax 1-817-424-2062 for help. You can also send an email to GameStop's Customer Service Department. Please include your order # and the word "Cancel" in the subject line. If you are not canceling your entire order, please indicate which items you are canceling. Also, please note that we cannot cancel orders that are shipping or have already shipped.


Are PC & Video Games shipped with other Barnes & Noble.com items?

No. PC & Video Games ship separately from GameStop's warehouse.


Do PC & Video Games qualify for Fast&Free Delivery?

No, they are not eligible for Fast&Free Delivery.

When is a title going to be released?

If a title is not listed on the site, then we do not have confirmed information about that item. Once the manufacturer provides those details, and we're confident that the information provided is only nominally subject to change, we'll add the title and you can pre-order. We'll ship the item on its release date.


What are Product Release Dates?

The product release date is the best estimate as to when the product will become available. These dates are subject to change. GameStop updates product release dates daily.


Is the Product Release Date on the site the date I will receive the product?

The product release date is the estimated ship date. The exact date of arrival is determined by the shipping method you select.


Why do release dates change?

Release dates change for many reasons. Usually the manufacturer has encountered a delay in finishing the game or other product. GameStop is not a manufacturer and is not involved in determining product release dates. GameStop takes the manufacturer's release dates and updates our site daily.

I have multiple Pre-Release items on my order. Will I have multiple shipping charges?

Each pre-release product you order is subject to a separate shipping charge, due to different release dates and different shipping points across the U.S.
