Sign In to Your Account

1. Click the "Order Status" link at the top right of this page. You'll be taken to the sign-in page.

2. Enter your email address and password.



See Your Order Status and Details

Once you have signed in, you'll see a list of past and pending orders. Each order listing shows:
  • Date and time placed
  • Order number
  • Total cost
  • Delivery status
You can use the scroll-down menu to see orders placed:
  • 0-6 months ago
  • 6-12 months ago
  • 12-18 months ago

To see the details of an order, click on Order Number or Check your order.


Modifying or Canceling an Order

Once your payment has been authorized and your order has been scheduled to ship, items that are listed as available to ship in 24 hours or 2–3 days can not be canceled. To view an order to determine if any of the items can be canceled:

  1. On the Order Status page, click the Order Number or the "Check your order" link for the order you wish to modify or cancel.
  2. To remove a specific item, click Cancel (located under the heading "Quantity").
    You will be asked to confirm the cancellation by clicking "Cancel Item."
  3. You can cancel the entire order by canceling each item.
If you do not have an account and would like to modify or cancel your order, you can determine if your order can be canceled by clicking "Order Status" in the upper-right-hand corner of the page. Under "Check an Order," enter your order number and email. Items that can be canceled will show the word "cancel" under the quantity ordered. Click the cancel button on the cancelable items you want to remove from your order. You will be asked to confirm the cancellation.

To cancel or modify PC & Video Game items in your order, please call 1-800-883-8895 for assistance, Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET and Saturday and Sunday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

Once a PDF is made available for a SparkNotes or Quamut product, it cannot be canceled. Downloadable PDFs are also non-returnable. All PDF sales are final.
