This study of a newly independent and developing country describes the environment the foreign investor may expect to find if he ventures into Nigeria. The emphasis in on the legal system, but the author also examines certain nonlegal factors, such as the 1962-68 Development Plan, education, and manpower, which all condition the investment climate of the country.
