Dr Small writes in a very readable and comforting style. He addresses an issue that is on many minds as we age giving examples and ideas as well as "tests" to evaluate one's current mental status.

This is an excellent book. It explains the reasons why we should make changes in our lives to avoid or delay the onset of Alzheimer's. I bought this book to read because my mother is elderly. After reading the book I realize it is never too early or too late to make the changes in our life style. This book is going to help me out just as much as my mom.Was this review helpful?
