Susan Smith Kuczmarski is an expert on values-based leadership. For more than three decades she has conducted innovative leadership programs, taught at seven universities, worked for three nonprofit organizations, including the United Nations, and cofounded the innovation-management consulting firm Kuczmarski & Associates. She currently teaches at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Tom Kuczmarski is the founder, senior partner, and president of Kuczmarski & Associates. He is a nationally recognized expert in innovation and the development of new products and services, having helped hundreds of clients from small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations. He is the author of Innovation . . . Chicago-Style, Innovating the Corporation, Managing New Products, and Values-Based Leadership. They both live in Chicago. Deepak Chopra is a global leader and pioneer in the field of mind-body science. He is the author of more than 65 books, including The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, Spiritual Solutions, and The Soul of Leadership. He lives in Carlsbad, California.
